All bedrooms have either views of Youghal Bay, The Blackwater River or both. The rooms are unique in character with all facilities, which one would expect of a five star hotel. All mattress are orthopaedic, room facilities include, fresh drinking water, TV, radio, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tongs, clothes brushes. Poppy's and the Garden room have fridges. A lot of thought has gone into furnishing each room adding little touches to make it feel like home and not a hotel. Furniture is mostly antique, all rooms are individually decorated and have very generous drapes and bedspreads made by an interior decorator. The en-suites all have shower gel, hand wash gel, liquid body scrub, hair conditioner, face wipes, ladies pouches, rooms with baths have bath liquids etc.

Poppy's Suite
Poppy's Suite is very large, has spectacular views of Youghal Bay and The Blackwater River. The en-suite is large a double whirlpool bath, power shower, loo and hand basin and has lovely fluffy bathrobes. Relax in the double whirlpool bath the water scented with lavender and camomile from garden.

The Garden Suite
The Garden Suite is a twin deluxe en-suite on the ground floor with patio doors, which give private access. The en-suite has a power shower, loo and hand basin. In summer the patio has its own garden furniture, with views of The Blackwater River, just the place to relax in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine looking out over The Blackwater River.

Malcolm's Room
Malcolm's Room has a very decorative Victorian Brass, King size bed. The en-suite is large with a power shower, loo, hand basin and a lovely roll top bath. Both the bedroom and en-suite have views of the garden and Youghal Bay.

The Yellow Room
The Yellow Room has a king size bed with bed drapes and has views of The Blackwater River. The en-suite has a power shower, loo and hand basin. All other room facilities are as above.
